Kids quest at four winds casino

Never once did we get an apology from anyone (I assume they're trained to never admit fault), never once did we get offered anything for our troubles. After that, we were literally forced to leave the casino (which we were doing anyway, to get staples put in the child's head) but I still felt like our treatment was lacking. Were they even watching the children's area? All we know is that he fell off of something. And on top of that, no one there could seem to tell us what exactly happened. But when you're literally paying a company to watch a child, you don't expect them to get hurt less than 20 minutes later.

So we did just that, and not 20 minutes later, we get notified by security that the child we had signed up there had fallen and busted his head open! Now look, I understand that accidents happen. A number of us were in southwest MI for a wedding and decided to visit Four Winds Casino because they offer Kids Quest, a supposedly supervised place for you to bring any kids that are with you while you head out into the casino.
